Danish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 large egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Bake about 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
Remove from pan. Serve warm with whipped cream.
