Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1 chicken cube
    4 celery stalks, sliced
    4 large carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 large potatoes, diced
    1 box frozen broccoli
    1 box frozen cauliflower
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Cook first 6 ingredients until half done, add frozen broccoli and cauliflower.
    Simmer until soft.
    Add cream of chicken soup; bring to boil, stirring often.
    Add cheese cubes; stir until melted.
