Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, cooked
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 green onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery
1 1/2 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise (scant)
1/4 c. sour cream
dash of salt
toasted slivered almonds
sliced olives
Preparation

Cut cooked chicken into cubes.
In
blender, mix oil, vinegar, paprika, salt, dry mustard and green onion.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Mix, cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, add celery and eggs to marinated chicken.
Mix well, then add mayonnaise, sour cream and salt.
Mix.
Serve on lettuce.
Top with almonds and sliced stuffed olives.
