Snowball Cake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 envelopes whipping topping mix
    1 (12 oz.) angel food cake
    1 (3 oz.) can coconut
    1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Combine gelatin mixture and boiling water in bowl, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
    Add sugar, lemon juice, crushed pineapple and juice; mix well.
    Chill for 1 hour or until partially set.
