Eire-Koekjes (Egg Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    3/4 c. flour
    little lemon, orange peel or vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar 10 to 15 minutes until thick.
    Add salt and sift flour over this.
    Fold in carefully.
    Grease and flour cookie sheet.
    Drop cookies several inches apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0. Keep them light of color.
