Italian Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium Idaho potatoes
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Cut each potato into 8 wedges.
Rinse in cold water.
Drain.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients until well blended.
Add potatoes.
Toss to coat well. Place potatoes on an ungreased jelly roll pan.
Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally.
