Hungarian Goulash Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/4 lb. beef
4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
paprika
cayenne pepper
2 cans beef broth
2 c. potatoes
2 c. rutabagas
2 c. carrots
1 large bell pepper
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
salt and pepper
yogurt or sour cream
Preparation

Brown beef and saute onion, garlic, caraway seed, paprika and cayenne.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Add tomatoes and bell pepper and water to equal 3 cups.
Cook until meat and vegetables are tender, for 30 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with dollop of cream.
