Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 zucchini or yellow squash, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    3 or 4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    dash of garlic salt
    1 (10-inch) pie shell, baked for 20 minutes at 325~
    1 tomato, sliced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter until crisp, but not soft.
    Drain well and add seasonings.
    Place tomato slices in bottom of shell. Add veggies; spread mayonnaise and cheese over the top and bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
