Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 egg
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Stir and bring to a boil the oatmeal and water; let cool.
    Add white and brown sugars, Wesson oil and egg.
    Beat well.
    Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Pour into a greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool; dust with confectioners sugar or cream frosting with a bit of cinnamon added.
