Lobster Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. minced onion (real onion)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 c. hot chicken broth
    1 1/2 to 2 1/2 c. lobster, shrimp and crab meat
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    salt and cayenne pepper to taste
    white wine
Preparation
    Melt butter; saute onion.
    Stir in flour and paste.
    (Wondra flour best.)
    Have broth ready, on low flame.
    Stir until thick (not lumpy).
    Stir in fish; simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in milk and cream.
    Season with salt, cayenne and wine.
    (Never let it bubbly boil.)
