Beef Stroganoff(With Zip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (1/2-inch wide strips)
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. flour (all-purpose)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 oz. pimentos
    1/2 c. medium salsa
Preparation
    Brown steak over medium heat in butter; salt and pepper.
    Stir in 1 cup beef broth, mushrooms, garlic, onion, pimento, salsa and sour cream.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Mix flour and remaining 1/2 cup broth, then stir into mixture to thicken.
    Serve over hot egg noodles.
    Serves 4.
