Grapefruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. strained grapefruit juice
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 stiffly beaten egg whites
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light; add sugar and continue beating until smooth.
    Stir in grapefruit juice and baking soda.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to egg yolk mixture.
