7-Up Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon jello
    2 c. hot water
    2 c. 7-Up
    2 sliced bananas
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. whipped cream
    grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Add 7-Up.
    When slightly thick, add bananas, pineapple drained (saving juice for topping) and marshmallows.
    To make topping, cook sugar, flour, egg and juice (you may have to add water to make one cup) until thick.
    Cool. Mix with whipped cream.
    Spread on jello.
    Grate cheese over the top.
