German Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 salad cucumbers
salt
pepper
1 tsp. dill weed
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Peel and slice cucumbers in medium salad bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper according to taste. Add dill weed and onion.
Mix sour cream, vinegar and oil.
Pour over salad.
Mix well and chill 1 hour before serving.
