Lamb Chops With Rosemary - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lamb chops
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary or 1/4 Tbsp. dry
1/2 Tbsp. fresh sage or marjoram or 1/4 Tbsp. dried
Preparation

Crush rosemary and sage or marjoram and place in bowl with the lamb.
Add garlic and oil and allow to marinate for three hours or longer.
Place lamb chops on broiling rack and broil under high heat for 5 minutes per side.
Splash with lemon juice, salt and pepper and serve hot.
Serves 6.
