Lemon-Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 c. all-purpose flour
vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine milk, lemon juice, salt, paprika and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Add chicken for 8 hours. Drain chicken.
Dredge in flour.
