Aunt Marge'S Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh broccoli, cleaned and cut into large pieces
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 small can sliced ripe olives
    1 c. sliced celery
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    pressed garlic (to taste)
    1 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
