Le Petit Dejuener(Gourmet Dish Of Eggs And Mushrooms.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 hard-boiled eggs
    chicken broth
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sauteed in butter
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut hard-boiled eggs in half and remove yolks.
    Mix egg yolks with chicken broth until desirable consistency for stuffing. Re-stuff egg whites with yolk mixture.
    Place side by side in a shallow casserole.
    Melt butter and add flour to make a roux. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
    As mixture thickens, add broth.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cover eggs with sauce.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
