Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. rice
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    1/3 c. onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 stalks celery
    1 green pepper
    1/2 cucumber
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    3 drops sesame oil
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Slice up vegetables into thin strips.
    Scramble egg in margarine.
    Heat wok with a tablespoon of oil; add onion and vegetable strips.
    Stir until partly cooked.
    Add rice, soy sauce, egg and seasonings.
    Cook, stirring frequently.
    After about 6 to 7 minutes, serve.
