Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 or 2 medium size onions, minced
    4 medium size potatoes, pared and cubed
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan.
    Add minced onion and cook at 250\u00b0 for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add cubed potatoes, 1/2 cup water and salt.
    Cover and cook 30 minutes at 212\u00b0.
    Add milk and celery salt, allowing to heat through 10 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
