Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. almond
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and almond very thoroughly to be smooth, thick and lemon color; use mixer.
    Pour into greased (short) 9-inch glass pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Use toothpick to test if done.
    Cool 25 minutes.
