Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1 pt. half and half
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly sugar and
    cornstarch;
    stir in half and half and margarine.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla.
    Cook slightly.
    Pour into shell.
    Drizzle 1 teaspoon butter
    over
    top
    and
    sprinkle
    cinnamon.
    Place on bottom rack of oven on broil until bubbly.
