Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. carrots, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Boil carrots 5 minutes in half cup of water.
    Drain carrots, then place in buttered casserole with sauteed onion.
    Mix in cheese cubes.
    Top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
