Chicken Chiles Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (4 oz.) cans whole green chiles, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    2 c. seeded, chopped tomato
    2 Tbsp. minced green onions
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken breast
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. water
    1 1/3 c. soft bread crumbs, toasted
Preparation
    Reserve 8 whole chiles.
    Chop remaining whole chiles.
    Combine chopped whole chiles, drained chopped chiles and next 3 ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Cover and chill thoroughly.
