Caesar Margarita Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head romaine lettuce, torn
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh cilantro
    1 sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
Preparation
    Combine lettuce and the next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add Margarita Dressing; toss gently.
    Serve immediately.
