Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box confectioners sugar
    1 stick oleo, cut up
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 to 1/3 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Slightly mix sugar, oleo and evaporated milk in a glass bowl. Cook on High in microwave for 2 minutes.
    Remove and add 1 cup peanut butter, nuts and vanilla.
    Mix well and pour in pie dish. Place in freezer for 20 minutes.
    Cut in squares.
