Shrimp And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    8 tsp. grated onion
    4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tsp. black pepper
    4 tsp. parsley
    4 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans milk
    4 lb. shrimp, boil in shell four minutes and cut in pieces
    8 Tbsp. butter
    6 green peppers, sliced
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Add soup, lemon juice, pepper, onion, milk and butter.
    Stir over low flame.
    Add parsley and shrimp.
    Pour into well-greased casserole.
    Top with green pepper rings.
    (Parboil green peppers with 6 garlics and 1 teaspoon salt.)
    Sprinkle with 4 cups grated cheese.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
