Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 heaping tsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. zucchini, grated
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, cocoa, milk, oil and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients. Add and beat in well.
Fold in zucchini. Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
