Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
single baked pie crust shell
fresh strawberries
whipped cream (for topping)
Preparation

Mix gelatin, cornstarch and sugar in saucepan.
Add 1 cup of boiling water.
Stir over low heat, until it thickens.
Cool completely.
Fill pie crust with strawberries.
Pour gelatin mixture over berries.
Refrigerate until completely chilled. Serve topped with whipped cream.
