Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. (4 c.) unsalted pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine egg white, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves and nuts. Stir to coat nuts with the egg and spice mixture. Spread on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool. Store in an airtight container.
