Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter
lemon juice
1 to 3 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, and sugar.
Cut in butter with knife. Sprinkle several drops lemon juice and small amount of water.
Form into ball and chill.
Roll onto lightly floured board.
Makes 2 (9-inch) crusts or 1 double.
