Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. lard
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. cold water
Preparation
    Blend flour, salt and lard well.
    Beat egg and add vinegar and water.
    Pour over flour mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0.
    Makes 4 pie shells.
