Cream Cheese Pound Cake 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. package of cream cheese, room temp
    2 sticks salted butter, room temp
    1 stick margarine, room temp
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs, room temp
    3 c. cake flour, sifted
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325.
    Spray 10 inch tube pan with non-stick spray.
    In a large bowl, cream together butter, margarine, and cream cheese until smooth.
    Add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla and lemon extract.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Check at one hour for doneness.
    Sharp knife inserted at center comes out clean.
