Pop'S Ham 'N Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1 c. diced cooked ham
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Blend soup, milk and pepper; add ham.
    In buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce.
    Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover; bake about 15 minutes more.
    Serves 4.
