Parmesan Potato Rounds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
6 medium potatoes, each sliced into 4 rounds (you can peel the potatoes before slicing if you wish)
Italian seasoning to taste
Preparation

Pour margarine into a 15 x 10-inch baking pan.
In a large plastic bag, combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
Shake a few potato slices at a time in the bag to coat.
Place potatoes in single layer over the margarine.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn slices and sprinkle with Italian seasonings.
Bake 30 minutes more until tender.
Makes 6 servings.
