Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini (10 to 12-inch), unpeeled and cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can chicken broth soup
    1 tsp. instant chicken broth or cube
    1 c. evaporated milk
    salt and pepper
    butter
    dash of curry to taste
Preparation
    Put first 3 ingredients in saucepan.
    Cook until tender.
    Put 1 cup mixture in blender; puree and then gradually add the rest. Add instant chicken broth or cube.
    Then add evaporated milk; add salt, pepper, butter and curry to taste.
    May be served hot or cold.
    Serves 6.
