Chicken Enchilada Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 clove garlic or minced garlic
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small can sliced black olives
    1 small can green chilies
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in margarine until tender.
    Add olives, chilies, soup and sour cream.
    Mix well.
    (Reserve 3/4 cup of this sauce.)
    Add chicken and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Mix well.
    Warm tortillas.
    Fill with chicken mixture.
    Roll up, place seam side down, in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Combine reserved sauce, milk and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Heat; mix well.
    Pour over enchiladas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
