Joe'S Roasted Vidalia Onions On Grill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Vidalia onion per person
3 cloves garlic per person
1 pinch white pepper, each
1 tsp. butter each onion
Preparation

Peel onion and garlic.
On piece of aluminum wrap, large enough to enclose onion, place whole onion, whole garlic cloves, butter and white pepper.
Wrap and put in grill for an hour.
Serve in foil.
Onions are best if roasted until quite dark.
Aroma released when foil is opened is wonderful!
