Rhubarb And Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add sugar, tapioca and sour cream.
    Add rhubarb and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
