Herbed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
1 tsp. crushed sage
1 tsp. crushed rosemary
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
2 or 3 cloves garlic
salt to taste
black pepper
1 rib celery
Preparation
-
Wash chicken (I skin the chicken).
The chicken can be left whole or cut into pieces.
Sprinkle with desired amount of salt and pepper.
Put oil and butter over chicken.
Put cut garlic and the herbs on top.
Cook in oven or on top of stove (the whole chicken is cooked in the oven at 325\u00b0 until browned).
Baste once in a while.
