Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
3 to 6 oz. butter chips
2 sticks butter or oleo
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) pkg. marshmallow cream
2 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Bring milk and sugar to a boil.
Boil, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes.
Place butter and peanut butter chips in double boiler and cook.
After ingredients have melted, remove from heat. Add vanilla, marshmallow cream and walnuts.
Pour marshmallow cream mixture into pan.
Add sugar mixture to top and swirl gently to bottom layer.
Refrigerate until set.
