Apple-Cranberry Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. raw apples, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. uncooked quick oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1 stick margarine
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Mix apple and cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar. Place in a baking dish.
Melt margarine and add oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and pecans.
Mix well and spread over apples and cranberry mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
This can be frozen for later use.
