Stuff Pepper Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. rice
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
4 cans tomato soup
4 cans water
Preparation

Brown ground chuck, onion and green pepper; stir in tomato soup and water.
Add rice and seasonings.
Simmer about 20 minutes.
You may need to add more water if it is too thick.
This is great served over mashed potatoes for a heartier meal.
