Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour, sifted
3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients until crumbly.
Press half of crumbs in a greased 9-inch baking pan.
Add diced rhubarb.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla until thick and clear.
Pour over rhubarb.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cut in squares and serve while warm.
Delicious with whipped cream or plain.
