Deerfield Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. prepared venison, coarsely ground
    6 slices regular cut bacon, diced small
    2 large yellow onions, chopped
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    2 (28 oz.) cans Hunt's whole tomatoes plus juice, chopped
    2 (15 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans, drained
    2 (4 oz.) cans Old El Paso chopped green chilies
    3/4 c. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper for \"warm\"; 2 or more for \"HOT\" chili
