Easy Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans in tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

In a 2-quart saucepan, cook bacon until crisp; remove bacon. Drain off fat, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings in pan.
Cook onion in reserved drippings until onion is tender.
Crumble bacon. Stir bacon, pork and beans, molasses and mustard in saucepan with onion.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
