Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 garlic clove
    1 can anchovies, no salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. olive oil
    Romaine lettuce
    croutons
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Put first six ingredients in a blender and puree.
    Slowly add olive oil.
    Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Put lettuce, croutons and cheese in bowl; pour dressing over and toss.
    Makes 4 servings.
