Macaroni Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    8 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cut tops off peppers; remove and discard seeds and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and stand in muffin pan cups.
