Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. shortening or margarine
    1 cut up chicken
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Coat chicken in mixture in bag.
    Melt shortening or margarine in 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake skin side down 30 minutes.
    Turn; bake 35 minutes.
