Mistake-Proof Rice(Oven Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/2 cube butter or margarine, cut in chunks
    1 can Campbell's beef broth soup or chicken
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    1 can Campbell's beef consomme soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a covered 2-quart casserole.
    Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven, remove cover and let stand 10 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
